Why I Rec This Fic: It´s a very short moment but it feels very much like the characters and the harsh world that Spira is for kids to grow up in.

Why I Rec This Fic: This is the first fic I read with Paine and Tidus interacting and I have to say, it has potential, I like to think more of it. I think his characterization here is really spot on.

Why I Rec This Fic: I love the tenderness in this and how this character find their own way to statisfy both the want for freedom and a home that the life with sin and their fight against him did not allow them before.

Why I Rec This Fic: I have a lot of feelings about Yuna and her feelings about duty, and I just want good things for her – this fic finds great words for it and the sending scene is perfect.

Then came the dance itself, performed from memory in front of a crowd of the mourning, performed for its true purpose for the first time. Yuna could hardly feel nervousness, though some nerves did dry her throat; her heart was too preoccupied with suffering. Before she’d even spun her staff through the first arc tears were pouring down her face, and they only grew worse the longer it went on.
When it finally ended, Yuna let her shoulders slump under the weight of the staff and the burden of her heart; unthinking, her concentration faltered and the spell ended. She sunk into the water like a stone, robes billowing out as a halo around her, rising up her waist, her neck, and still higher. She fell under, sputtering with surprise, - and her eyes open. Why I Rec This Fic: I love Tidus, I really do. And I love to see him (or any character I love) get comfortable with their life (and body). The game offers a lot to explore in terms of family relationship but I havent read many fic about Jekkt&Tidus that I like but this fits what I want.

Why I Rec This Fic: The characters feel like the game (and respectful, no dumb-ing down of them – which happen to often with this two in other works unfortunaly). I always loved stories about people getting to know eachother and growing with eachothers help.

Absently, the senseless twirls and circles her fingertips were making moved with a purpose, mimicking the squiggles on the sign.
